Ford is working continuously on bringing new Hybrid vehicles into the market. We have seen the New Ford Puma and All-New Ford Kuga as hybrid cars, whilst the commercial vehicles, like the Ford Transit Custom also has a hybrid option. 

The new additions will be the Fiesta and the Focus:

  Available soon, the Fiesta EcoBoost Hybrid seamlessly blends hybrid efficiency with Fiesta’s rewarding driving dynamics. The hybrid powertrain uses an electric motor to support the petrol engine, delivering more power and improved fuel economy. The separate 48V Li-ion battery is automatically charged with regenerative braking, so you don’t have to look for places to recharge.

  The Ford Focus will soon be available with an EcoBoost Hybrid powertrain, bringing a new level of efficiency to the Focus range. The EcoBoost Hybrid features a battery-driven electric motor that supports the engine by increasing power and improving fuel economy. The hybrid battery is recharged using regenerative braking technology so there’s no need to connect it to an external power source.
